 Due to COVID 19, we do NOT do exchanges. 

No Refunds! We only offer store credit!


If you are not satisfied with your item(s), returns are acceptable within 7 days of the ship.  We will not accept returns past the 7 day mark. Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping. We do not refund shipping charges. After we have received your items, please allow 7 business days for your store credit to process. 


Please be sure to check your merchandise immediately. Damage item must be claim within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the item. 

​Merchandise that is being return must be in NEW CONDITION with tags still ATTACHED (unworn, free of fragrance, pet hair, deodorant, rips/tears, etc.)

Disclaimer:  Items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly are NOT considered to be faulty. Therefore, the items not eligible for return. ​
